油舱快关阀的问题

船东要求所有油舱都要加快关阀，但通常我们只在日用舱上加，有什么理由可以说服船东不用在沉淀舱和储存仓上加呢

储存舱见过有的，也见过没有的

公约要求，日用柜，储存柜，和沉淀柜都是需要速闭阀的。这是公约明确要求的，船东还真是内行

Every fuel oil pipe emanating from any fuel oil tank,
which, if damaged, would allow fuel oil to escape from the tank, is to be provided with a
positive closing valve directly on the tank. The valve is not to be of cast iron, although the use
of nodular cast iron is permissible, see 4-6-2/3.1.4. The positive closing valve is to be
provided with means of closure both locally and from a readily accessible and safe position
outside of the space. In the event that the capacity of the tank is less than 500 liters (132 US
gallons), this remote means of closure may be omitted.

油舱属于易燃危险区域，在发生火灾时能够迅速关闭所以油舱，隔离作用，规范要求必须都要增加壁装式快关阀

快关阀为什么有的用气动的，有的是液压的？之前接触过的散货船、集装箱、液化气船都是气动的。

不要求的, 其实该规范还有个unified interpretation (统一解释),如果那个舱的阀是常闭的是不要求的,这也就是二楼说的有些有有些没有, 建议你去找class ,让他们拿出他们的解释然后去说服船东, 如果还要加几路控制管很麻烦的,通常还要从Fire control room 一直往下接,希望能帮到你

一般所有油舱都要加快关阀，不论是常开还是常闭的，因为当你驳油的时候，万一发生火灾，那油柜的出口阀不是没办法关闭。

D 500 Remotely controlled shut-off arrangement for fuel oil tanks
501 In the engine room, fuel oil valves on tanks shall be “quick-acting shut-off valves”, arranged for remote
operation. This remote operation shall be carried out from a central position outside the space itself, and at a
safe distance from skylights and other openings to the engine and boiler rooms.
This is not applicable for valves closed during normal service, valves on double bottom tanks or valves on tanks
less than 0.5 m3. For valves on filling lines connected below the liquid level, remote shut-off may be omitted
if non-return valves are used.
The controls for remote shut-off for emergency generator and emergency fire pump shall be located separately
from the controls of the other valves in order to avoid erroneous operation.

双层的以上的燃油舱柜肯定是要加的，各大船级社规范里的明确要求，避不掉，除非是舱柜上面常关的阀（且通常还得加盲板法兰）。

我接触的船，日用舱、沉淀舱、储存舱都加，因为是自动驳油的，储存舱的阀是常开的
