你刚发帖就注意到了,只是觉得应该可以从字面理解的,就没回复你了,看你2楼的定义,不是很详细,大致解说一下吧。
Dead ship condition is a condition in which the entire machinery installation, including the power supply, is out of operation and the auxiliary services such as compressed air, starting current from batteries etc., for bringing the main propulsion into operation and for the restoration of the main power supply are not available.
blackout situation means that the main and auxiliary machinery installations, including the main power supply, are out of operation but the services for bringing them into operation (e.g. compressed air, starting current from batteries etc.) are available.
这两个概念SOLAS里没有具体的解释,所以,不同的船级社的定义有点点区别,但本质是一样的。
船厂实际做实验的时候,BLACKOUT试验是在提交主发电机和应急发电机时候进行,人工分闸主发之后,第一检查备用主发是否能够规定时间内启动;第二步,检查应急发电机是否能够规定时间内启动,然后顺序启动主发电机启动所必须的空压机和预润滑油泵(如果有的话)。DEADSHIP试验,就是所有设备都不运行,开始人工启动应急发电机,人工按照“备车”流程逐步启动,30分钟内启动主机。
BLACKOUT是指船舶正常运行时发生意外,可能导致失去了船舶电力供应,这时候,船舶自动化系统能够保证备用主发电机或者应急发电机启动,最终使得船舶恢复电力供应和保证船舶主推进系统恢复工作。DEADSHIP是指死船状态,你可以大致的去理解为船舶失去了动力和所有辅助机械设备,必须按照“备车”流程去逐步的启动,这一过程是有船员参与的,无法由自动化系统去自动完成。
