A docking carrier system to be provided for purpose of docking in or out the ship. The
system to be composed of guide rails and carriers. The carrier to be moved along the guide
rails by means of 200kN electric winches on the top deck of the side walls.

所提到的“guide rails”和浮船坞上的吊车轨道是同一个轨道？

应该是牵引船舶进坞的那套轨道牵引系统

明显不是同一轨道，一在甲板，一在内壁

这个叫做抱桩，固定浮船坞用的。主要由抱环和抱桩柱组成，抱环焊接在码头，抱桩拴在外坞墙，然后穿过抱环已达到固定浮船坞的目的！
