5大系统的管系好像都要在船上做1.5倍压力的密性试验

ⅠⅡ级管都需要做车间强度试验，Ⅰ级管全部要做探伤，Ⅱ级管部分做探伤（有规定），三级管像舷侧管也需要做强度试验和探伤。基本上所有系统都需要做密性试验。我有个主题是管系车间强度试验的资历，你可以下载看看。

设计压力=1.1P工作压力（效用压力）
装船前压力（车间强度试验压力）=1.5P设计压力
装船后压力（密性试验压力）=1.25P设计压力
