关于防撞舱壁开孔及阀的设置

现在在做一艘RINA的船，顺便查了一下其关于防撞舱壁的描述，如下：

a) On cargo ships, a maximum of two pipes may pass through the collision bulkhead below the freeboard deck,
unless otherwise justified. Such pipes are to be fitted with suitable valves operable from above the freeboard
deck and the valve chest is to be secured at the bulhead inside the fore peak. Such valves may be fitted on the
after side of the collisionbulkhead provided that they are readily accessible under all service conditions and the
space in which they are located is not a cargo space, and so on.

主要内容是防撞舱壁最多充许两个管子经过，并且要设置合适的阀。阀可以安装在防撞舱壁前边，要求牢固的固定在防撞舱壁上，
这时候阀要能够在干舷甲板上操作；也可以在防撞舱壁后区域安装，此区域要容易到达、操作，但不能是货舱。

SOLAS公约相关内容也提到了，但没有规定防撞舱壁上开几个孔。

在限界线以下的防撞舱壁上仅可通过一根管子，以处理前尖舱内的液体，但该管应装有能在舱壁甲板以上操作的截止阀，其阀箱应设于前尖舱内并装在防撞舱壁上。

（二）除本款（三）项所规定者外，在限界线以下的防撞舱壁上仅可通过一根管子，以处理前尖舱内的液体，但该管应装有能在舱壁甲板以上操作的截止阀，其阀箱应设于前尖舱内并装在防撞舱壁上。
（三）如前尖舱加以分隔以装载两种不同的液体，经主管机关同意除装设第二根管子外无其他切实办法可以代替，且考虑在前尖舱内增加分隔仍保持船舶安全时，则主管机关可允许在限界线以下的防撞舱壁上穿过二根管子；每根管子均应按本款（二）项的要求进行装设。
