Who can tell me what plugs them are ?

Near the rudder about 5 M . WE can see the suBDIvision line ，so it must be under the E/R and the steering gear room . But i couldn't understand the mark . what's “B” and “STCFW" meant ..

I think “B” is "Bilge tank" and the “STCFW" is " Stern tube cooling fresh water tank"

B 不清楚但是后面这个楼上正解！因为要是bilge tank 的话一般缩写为 B.W.，所以吃不准B 是什么。
