艏尖舱的压载管可以通过防撞舱壁，不过艏尖舱的压载水控制阀应装在防撞舱壁之前并要求安装甲板操纵装置。

根据SOLAS的要求，阀也是可以装在防撞舱壁后的。当然自甲板操纵还是必须的。

If the aft of the collision bhd and this space is machinery space, remote control fuction to be confirmed and local operation to be acceptable same as the a/b . However, to my experience this condition normally exists in the cargo ship. For engineering vessels, aft side of the collision bhd is possible
