是SOLAS规定，应急消防泵应该是主消防泵总排量的40%，规范中只对主消防泵压头有规定，应急泵应该一样个人觉得

民船和海工的配置的不一样。海工平台上的，两个是一样的；民船上的话，应急的会小一些，最小不少于40％，，且不小于25立方每小时。压头一样。

Chapter 12: Fixed emergency fire pumps
2.2.1.1
Capacity of the pump
The capacity of the pump shall not be less than 40% of the total capacity of the fire pumps required by regulation II-2/10.2.2.4.1 OF THE CONVENTION AN IN ANY CASE NOT LESS THAN THE FOLLOWING:
.1 for passenger ships of less than 1000 gross                   25m3/h
tonnage and for cargo ships of 2000 gross
tonnage and upwards; and
.2 for cargo ships of less than 2000 gross tonnage             15m3/h

2.2.1.2  Pressure at hydrants
  When the pump is delivering the quantity of water required by paragraph 2.2.1.1, the pressure at any hydrants shall be not less than the minimum pressure required by chapter II-2 of the Convention.

跟扬程有很在的关系。不管是消防泵或是应急消防泵，都要做管阻损失计算。从泵的出口到达船上最高或最远处的消防栓的压力不小于25M。

扬程小的话，能保证出口压力吗？
