It is able to be interpreted as the feature for anchor chains' withdrawing/rolling out operation of gypsi wheel which should be equiped (1) Screwed down/up braking thread rod with hand- held facilities.(2) Brake belt consisting must has robust steel type liner for securing friction madia aginst wheel.(3)jaw clatchs must be available and in order.
