Guidance on revisions to MARPOL Annex II and the IBC Code
Effective 1 January 2007, all vessels, including OSVs (to the extent that they are permitted under resolution A.673(16), as amended) that carry chemicals (including oil like substances and vegetable oils) in bulk will be subject to substantive revisions of MARPOL 73/78 Annex II and the IBC Code. |
