Lashing fitting arrangement in cargo hold
Eye-plates without cover to be arranged at transverse and longitudinal bulkhead of No.1 – 10 holds for lashing of heavy cargo. MBL=36 tons. (about 970 pieces)
Transverse direction: about 4.0 m pitch
Longitudinal direction: about 3.3 m pitch
Vertical direction: about 3.0 m pitch (about 5 tiers)
Pad eyes to be provided at all hatches. To be used for timber lashing. Mbl=50 tons. Distance longitudinally between each pad eye to be 1.5 m. Ref. Canadian Coast Guard Rules.
A compressed airline to be routed through the under deck passage way with outlet at each coaming both sides and additional recessed couplings in cargo holds upper area for activating airbags with monitoring capability in the passage way. |
