from fore mast, backwards: 2?
from compass deck, forward: 2?
for poop deck mooring area: 2?
together, 8 floodlights required, right?

2  - 400W for upper deck illumination on navigation bridge fore.
2  - 400W for manifold space (Ex-proof) on front side of fore vent post.
2 - 400W for manifold space (Ex-proof) on aft. side of aft. vent post.
2 – 400W for engine room space

9.4.4.2 HALOGEN FLOODLIGHT

2 – 300W for funnel mark illumination
1  - 500W for windlass working on fore mast
2 - 500W for upper deck on aft. side of fore mast
2 - 500W for mooring working

9.4.4.3 INCAN. FLOODLIGHT

2 - 500W for pilot ladder illumination on Nav. bridge Deck
2 - 500W for acc. Ladder illumination on Nav. bridge Deck
4  - 100W for ship name board illumination

9.4.4.4 BOAT LAUNCHING LIGHT(INCAN. FLOOD LIGHT)

2 - 500W for life boat
2 - 500W for life/rescue boat
2 - 100W for life raft

9.4.4.5 SEARCH LIGHT

1 - 2KW search light shall be provided on compass deck and controlled by manual lever in wheel house
9.4.4.6 PASSAGE LIGHT

60W, water proof and ex-proof incandescent lights shall be provided for outside main passage on upper deck and shall be controlled upper deck entrance.

对工作区域是按照你的说法，但是在货舱内或是油轮的液货舱区一般不设工作灯。
