AS the sentence in the SHIP SPEC below，
The vessel shall comply with the segregated ballast tanks requirements of MARPOL, Annex I, Reg.18, as modified for tankers below 150 m in length.
Builder shall notify Class accordingly so that the reduced GT for tonnage basedfees will be included in the certificate.
How could I understand？Thanks for all the ship-builder.
