MAIN DIESEL GENERATOR TEST PROCEDURE
1.主柴油发电机组Main Diesel Generator Set

2.报警模拟试验
根据如下内容检查报警功能和安全保护装置的正确性和可靠性。柴油发电机组的报警及安全保护装置应在试验前报验合格。Test of alarm and safety protection devices of main diesel generator set according to following items. Satisfactory acceptance of oil and water of main generator sets before test.
a. 冷却水温度高cooling water temperature high
b. 冷却水压力低cooling water pressure low
c. 滑油压力低lub oil pressure low
d. 滑油温度高lub oil temperature high
e. 燃油泄漏 fuel leakage
f. 蓄电池电压低 DC-volt. Low
g. 冷却水膨胀水箱液位低 cooling water expansion tank level low
具体参数见厂家车间试验报告 alarm settings see maker shop test report
3.检查发电机绝缘
Check insulation
4.冷态起动试验 cold-condition Starting test
先将辅机起动蓄电池充足，在中途不充电的情况下，试验用电起动的辅机从冷态开始连续进行起动至起不动为止。记录其起动次数及蓄电池的电压，起动次数应不小于3次。Charge full starting battery. Starting diesel generator from cold-condition till the battery can not support to start the diesel, without charging during the test. Record the times of starting and voltage of battery. And the times shall be not less than 3 times.
5.负荷试验Loading test
5.1试验工况和时间见下表：Test conditions and time are shown in following table:

5.2柴油机使用国产0#柴油和进口滑油URSA MARINE 15W-40，滑油牌号及厂商根据厂家推荐并经船东确认。Using marine gas oil 0# and URSA MARINE 15W-40 lubrication oil for diesel engine. The type & maker of lub oil accord to maker’s recommendation and confirmed by owner.
5.3记录柴油机在各工况下的参数（燃油、滑油和冷却水的温度和压力，排气温度等）其中满负荷每隔1h记录一次。Take down record of parameters of diesel generator sets in various conditions (temperature and pressure of fuel oil, lubrication oil and cooling water, temperature of exhaust gas etc.)
5.4本试验应连续进行，中途因故停车累计不得超过15 min，如果因异常状况停车超过时间则试验应重新进行。The test is carried out consecutively. If shut down of engine is not more than 15 min in mid way, the test is to be deemed consecutive. If the engine to be shut down is due to abnormal condition, the test should be repeated.
6.调速器试验Governor test
6.1在负荷试验后，即进行调速器试验。在全负荷运转下，突卸负荷并在空载下运转（100% → 0%）。Governor character are tested immediately after load test, when the set runs at 100％ load, crash down it to 0% and run it at no load (100%→0%).
6.2在空负荷状态下突加50%负荷.Crash up it to 50% load from no load.
6.3稳定后再加上50%负荷（0%→50%→100%）。试验进行2次，满足要求如下：When it has reached constant,rise up to 100%, (0%→50%→100%). The test will be carried out twice and to meet the requirements as following.
瞬时调速率≤10% Instantaneous speed drop ≤10%
稳定调速率≤5% Constant speed drop ≤5%
瞬时调速时间恢复应在5s以内，在并联运行时，其转速波动率不应超过±0.5%。The instantaneous speed drop is to be constant within 5 sec, and held within ±0.5% of final constant speed for parallel operation.

4.起动试验Starting test
4.1冷态用蓄电池连续起动不少于3次，在试验过程中不得向蓄电池补充充电。Consecutive starting of set in cold state with accumulator not less than 3 times. No additional charging for accumulator is allowed during test.
4.2手动启动试验 Manual staring
5.负荷试验Loading test
5.1柴油机使用国产轻柴油和进口滑油URSA MARINE 15W-40，滑油牌号及厂商根据厂家推荐并经船东确认。试验工况和时间见下表：Use MGO and URSA MARINE 15W-40 L.O. The type and maker of lub oil accord to maker’s recommendation and confirmed by owner.

6.2检查柴油机转速的变化和稳定的时间。然后加载到50%负荷，稳定后再加上50%负荷（0-50%-100%）。Check the changes of revolution of diesel engine and its time for constant. Then apply 50% load. After engine is stable add50% load (100%→0%→50%→100%).
6.3此外做一次突加额定负荷试验。In addition carry out once sudden rated load test.
6.4该试验应进行2次，满足要求如下：The test is to be carried out twice and meet following requirements:
瞬时调速率≤10% Instantaneous speed drop ≤10%
稳定调速率≤5% Constant speed drop ≤5%
转速恢复到波动率在±1%范围的时间应在5s以内。 The instantaneous speed drop is to be constant within 5 sec. And held within 1% of final constant speed. |
