我想问一下SPS CODE具体说什么的?现在在做一条ACCOMMODATION BARGE遇到的一个入级符号,请高手指教,不胜感激!

SPS CODE: Special Purpose Ships Code (特种用途船舶规则)
这里特种用途船舶是指不考虑安放龙骨日期，凡500总吨以上营运于国际航线，乘员超过12人的（这里的乘员不包括驾驶，维护船舶的人员）
原文定义如下：
For the purposes of this code a special ship is a ship of not less than 500 gross tonnage which carries more than 12 special personnel, i.e. persons who are specially needed for the particular operational duties of the ship and are in addition to those persons required for the normal navigation, engineering & maintenance of the ship or engaged to provide services for the person carried on board.

太感谢了,不过有哪个高手知道SPS入级要求对救生设备有什么特别要求么?
我现在做的是ACCOMMODATION BARGE (300人),是否要求一定每舷用二艘150人的救生艇?
可以用足够数量的救生伐代替么?
如果有高手提供具体规则的内容就更完美了,万分感谢.
