求两份API规范

现在急需两份规范，搜了半天也没搜到，分别为：
API RP 2SK (2005) - Recommended Practice for Design and Analysis of Station Keeping Systems for Floating Structures
API RP 2A - Recommended Practice for Planning, Designing and Constructing Fixed Offshore Platforms
谁有帮忙上传一份，必有重谢。

问下设计院的，好像是设计的，按照需用应力设计的规范！！！
