MSC267(85)将于2010-7-1实行，新的稳性横准同原来的A749有哪些不同，有兄弟研究过么。

diffirence between A267(85) A749(18)
1.maximum righting lever shall occur at angle of heel not less than 25 degree.if this is not parcticable,alternative crteria,based on an equivalent level of safty,may be applied subject to the approval of the administration.(in A267(85) part A,chapter 2.2.3)
the maximum righting arm should occur at an angle of heel preferably exceeding 30 degree but not than 25 degree.(in A749(18) part A,chapter 3.1.2.3
2.from the resultant angle of equilibrium (0), the ship is assumed to roll owing to wave action to an angle of roll (1) to windward. The angle of heel under action of steady wind (0) should not exceed 16 or 80% of the angle of deck edge immersion, whichever is less;(in A267(85),part A,chapter 2.3.1)
the angle of heel under action of steady wind should be limited to a certain angle to the satisfaction of administration.as a guide,16 degree or 80% of the angle of deck edge immersion,wiich is less,is suggested.(in A749(18),part A,chapter 3.2.2.1)
