舷侧阀及舷侧短管要做0.5MPa的强度试验吗？规范哪里有要求

船标舷侧阀的设计要求可能是0.4MPa，与舷侧管一并试压，过高要求无依据且不允许。
18:30补充更正，一般阀门试验压力均高于设计压力，故上述"过高要求"是指高于试验压力部分，在实际试验中一般不会超标。

7.3.2 Hydrostatic Tests of Shell Valves (1 July 2018)
All valves intended for installation on the side shell at or below the deepest load waterline, including those at the sea chests, are to be hydrostatically tested in the presence of the Surveyor, before installation.
The valve housing of each valve is to be subjected to a pressure of not to be less than test pressure of 5 bar (5.1 kgf/cm2, 72.5 psi). No leakage is permitted and holding time as follows:
• 15 seconds for sizes up to 50 mm (2 inch)
• 60 seconds for sizes 75 mm - 150 mm (2.5 inch - 6 inch)
• 120 seconds for sizes 200 mm - 300 mm (8 inch - 12 inch)
• 300 seconds for sizes 350 mm (14 inch) and larger
The valve assembly is to be subjected to a hydrostatic seat leakage test. The test is to be performed with closed valve with the other end open to atmosphere. The pressure is to be applied independently on each side. Test pressure is not to be less than 5 bar (5.1 kgf/cm2, 72.5 psi). Holding time is 5 minutes for all sizes.

首先得看是入级哪个船级社，然后再查那家的规范。楼上的这是什么规范里面的？没有出处，等于没说。

上面的规范不了解，可以理解，
下面这一段应该能看出是哪里的了吧？

2.7.2　阀和附件装船前液压试验
2.7.2.1　用于Ⅰ级和Ⅱ级管系且与管系非一体式的阀和附件，应按接受的标准进行液压试验，
但试验压力不应小于设计压力的1.5 倍。
安装在载重线之下舷侧的阀件、旋塞和接管应进行液压试验，其试验压力应不小于0.5MPa。

不，你误解我的意思了，我说的是：回答这个问题的前提是这条船入级哪个船级社，虽然各家船级社的要求大同小异，但也要先知道是入级哪家，然后再说规范要求。举个例子，难道入级RINA的船，您也拿CCS的规范告诉楼主有这样的要求吗？
