救助！IMO英文版文件中翻译困难的地方

本人英语渣，这两天在啃一份关于破损控制图的IMO文件，其中有一句怎么翻都怪怪的，想请教一下大家！
原文是：MSC 93 included a new output on “Revision of section 3 of the Guidelines for damage co*n*t*rol plans and information to the master（MSC.1/CIRC.1245）” in the post-biennial agenda.

感觉这个“output”应该不是输出的意思吧？还有是“The guidelines for damage co*n*t*rol plans and information to the master（MSC.1/CIRC.1245）”，我大概知道这是一份文件的名称，但到底叫啥就吃不准了，“information to the master”该怎么翻译呢？求大神指点
