LR规范中舱底水支管选择

在LR规范中，对舱底水管径选择要求如下：
The diameter, db, of branch bilge suction pipes to cargo and machinery spaces is to be not less than required by the following formula, to the nearest 5 mm, but in no case is the diameter of any suction to be less than 50 mm:

如何理解 to the nearest 5 mm,
比如现在计算管子内径为129mm，在管子规格中有140X5，140X7，140X9.5 按规范理解140X5的满足要求，140X7或140X9.5是否满足要求？
the nearest 5 mm ，是指向上取5或是只±5mm，都可以？如何理解这句话。

没记错的话，规范中定义的小写d指的是内径，你自己对照一些上面几个规格，明显要求是内径圆整到130mm。
