BV规范 PtB,Ch9,Sec4 [2.2.2]中，
用于决定上层建筑和甲板室前、后端壁和侧壁构件尺寸的侧向压力，kN/m2，应由下式求得：
p＝10ac［bf-(z-T)］中，z和T分别指的是什么？

z is ur calculation point with respect to the reference co-ordinate system.
T is the draught of ship.
