关于水线

ABS规范中3-1-1/3.3中对Lf 有个定义：Lf is the distance in meters (feet) on a waterline at 85% of the least molded depth measured from the top of the keel from the fore side of the stem to the centerline of the rudder stock or 96% of the length on that waterline, whichever is greater.
Load Line附则1中，第3条对船长的定义，好像与这个有点类似，又不大一样：the length(L) shall be taken as 96% of the total length on the top of the keel, or as the length from the fore side of stem to the axsis of the rudder stock on the waterline, if that be greater.
请高手分析下这两者的区别？ ABS规范中定义的Lf到底是什么水线？

这两个是一样的，都是用来计算干舷的，只不对ABS叫freeboard length,这样便于区别ABS规范里的其它船长，在载重线公约里直接叫船长而已。

英文原文都不一样。。貌似不是同一水线的。。
