This is the reason why there is one pair of HHI cable is connected but, 2 pair of Vendor cables are connected the other side.
Basically, HHI cable also to be 2 pair. But in this stage, additional one pair of cable which length is approximately some hundred meter is not applicable.
So, we will make common connection. Therefore left one is okay. One pair input, one pair output.
船东的意思是设备上的两根双芯线，船厂施工时用跳线引出，这样只要用一根双芯线。
正常情况下HHI电缆是2根双芯线，但是在这种情况下，再增加一根几百米的电缆不现实，太浪费了，所以用跳线。
但是最后的结论我不太明白，什么因此留下一根是可以的，一根做输入，一根做输出。 这个还是要根据前面的内容来判断的。
