为什么smoking area 需要独立的通风？

used to collect return air. 从上面这句话来看，Corridor 不可以用来收集return air，能不能帮忙解释一下这是为什么？
Return air shall be ducted back from each space served with exception
of smoking and galley areas which shall be exhausted outside.
这里是否在说 man room 内的air 是可以循环使用的？

本人觉得应该是由于这些房间的烟气多，从新利用的话影响别人的心情和健康，所以要直接排掉

这是一种比较好的中央空调系统，即所有回风直接从房间用回风管汇入空调机室，房间门上不设风栅，不会串音，而吸烟室等房间的污染空气将直接排出舱外，但它的缺点也很明显，即多了一套风管系统，施工安装有困难。
