DNV关于这个的一些定义
303 Dead ship condition: Dead ship condition is the condition under which the main propulsion plant, boilers and auxiliaries are not in operation due to the absence of power.
Batteries and or pressure units for starting of the main and auxiliary engines are considered depleted.
Emergency generation is considered available.
