国外知名船级社高薪招聘海工业务开发经理Offshore Business development Manager （需要技术背景，并且可以转型为项目管理）
Job Descriptions:
 Marketing towards Yards and Owners in the District to further increase company's offshore market share 
Maintain and develop relationships with the key offshore clients;
 Identify and follow up potential offshore projects, develop new offshore business opportunities;
 Collect and analyze offshore market information to evaluate trends and changes etc;
 Negotiating contracts for new projects in terms of commercial and technical;
 Monitoring quality and process on the ongoing projects;
 Preparing periodical reports of the offshore activity;
 Establishing and following up of budgets for the offshore activity in the District;
 Making draft of the technical proposal and commercial offer for new offshore projects;
 Organizing Offshore Technical Seminar or Conferences and other marketing activities.
Requirements:
 Good ability in organization and good team spirit;
 Master degree or above from a famous university, major in offshore, naval architecture, structural, mechanical or relevant;
 Over 5 years experience on offshore design or construction field;
 Familiar with classification offshore rules, international offshore industry standards (API, MODU code…);
 Like challenging work and strong desire for success;
 Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation skills are required;
 Written and verbal communication skills, both in Chinese and in English.
Work Place： Shanghai or Beijing
