Amine Storage and Transfer
Storage shall be provided for 75.7 m3 (20,000 USG) of amines, consisting of tanks. One
tank shall be used for the storage of 45.4 m3 (12,000 USG) of “fresh” amine, the other for
30.3 m3 (8,000 USG) of used amine. Filling arrangements shall be such that new amine
can only be loaded into the fresh tank. The return line from the topsides shall go only to
the “used” tank. Topsides users will be able to draw on either tank, however. |
