Flushing Fluid (Condensate) Storage and Transfer
The capability to flush the export flowlines and hose with condensate after each
offloading shall be provided. The flushing will prevent gelling of crude oil and wax
buildup. In the pipelines and will be used to clean the pipeline prior to discharging a
cargo of naphtha. The condensate is to be collected from the gas treatment process,
and stored in the hull. A minimum of 10,000 bbls (1,590 m3) of storage shall be
provided, divided into two 5000 bbls (795 m3) tanks located within the cargo block.
Inerting of the condensate tanks will be required. |
