原属法国富豪的百万美元帆船在马国水域失火

据联合早报消息，一艘价值数百万美元的帆船周四（18日）在马来西亚水域起火燃烧，共有七名船员获救，没有人受伤。

法新社报道，这艘游艇曾属于法国富豪伯纳德·塔皮（Bernard Tapie）所有。

海岸警卫队表示，他们在周四早上8时左右接获通报，指该帆船在浮罗交怡岸外失火，灌救行动一直持续到当天晚上。

这艘四桅帆船于1976年为法国著名探险家科拉斯（Alain Colas）建造，1980年代至1990年代转手给塔皮。

当地媒体指帆船后来以3650万法郎（按当前价值计算为750万欧元，约1203万新元）卖给了一名富裕的黎巴嫩女性。

About the Phocea:
Phocea is a 75.15m (246'6'ft) sailing yacht. She was last refitted in 2000, but her interior was designed by Beiderbeck Designs.
