新加坡裕廊船厂将获5艘超深水钻井船订单

新加坡Sembcorp Marine公司的子公司Jurong造船厂从瑞士钻井公司Transocean获得了最多5艘新款超深水钻井船订单。
当地时间2月26日，纽约股市上市的Transocean公司表示，通过其子公司在Jurong公司订造了2艘DP-3钻井船。相关2艘钻井船分别安排在2017年第二季度及2018年第一季度交付，与造船厂签署合同的船价每艘约5.4亿美元。
Transocean公司针对2艘钻井船要支付的资本投资费用除了金融费用(capitalized interest)以外，包括了与造船厂的合同资金、项目管理、船东提供船配件费用等在内，共约达到了12.4亿美元。建造资金的支付条件对Transocean公司更优势，相关合同包括了3艘类似条件的同型钻井船备选订单，其将在12个月、18个月以及24个月以内都要生效。
相关钻井船采用Jurong公司开发的“Jurong Espadon III”设计，将可有效地进行深水开发及钻井工作。
