Marketing Manager for Bourbon China

Location: Shanghai

Report to: The Regional Commercial & Marketing Manager

Profile:

Marketing manger should be responsible for managing and coordinating all marketing activities

Marketing manger should be responsible for marketing on a cost-effective, profitable basis within the framework of company approved policies, objectives, and budgets

Key Responsibility:

Market research of existing and future trends

·
Liaising with Oil Companies and Brokers for up-coming projects

·
Working closely with Corporate, Legal and Marketing team in the Regional office

·
Assist Regional Commercial & Marketing Manager in developing short term to long-term operating strategies and recommendations for plans and programs for increasing operating efficiencies

·
Follow up on sales and bid proposals, quotation, banker’s guarantee and coordinate with clients as per the guidelines

·
Have good working knowledge of all Bourbon Offshore products and services that are available to our clients

·
Contract negotiation in the event of award

·
Contract summary and transfer to Operations and contract start up and completion report

·
Prepare Annual Marketing Plan

·
Knowledge of Company QSMS and Procedure manuals

·
Active participation in shore-based emergency response team

Requirements:

More than 5 years related working experience

Bachelor degree, Maritime Law and Business or Offshore related major

Good working knowledge of offshore products and services

Familiar with shipping marketing management, relative policies (domestic and national policies) rules and laws

Good command of English and Computer skills

Excellent skills in communication, organization and implementation

Honest, active, good team spirits and good in practice.
