| Principal Responsibilities | ·
Assist PTC Field Staff
or clients to analyze, track and resolve issues of PTC Shipbuilding solutions including MCAD, Data Management and PLM on both UNIX and Windows platforms

Troubleshooting technical problems, reproducing/debugging issues, developing workarounds and working directly with PTC development team on solution delivery and verification
·
Assisting in the creation and implementation of technical training and documentation related to the above topics
·
Collaborating with other offices worldwide to provide enterprise-level support for mission-critical systems
| Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities | The ideal candidate is passionate about both technologies and problem solving. Eager to learn, they are able to provide creative solutions to complex issues by leveraging their technical expertise given all the constraints dictated by the customer’s environment (limited schedule, restricted access, etc.)
Technical
·
Minimum bachelor degree in Shipbuilding Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering with shipbuilding industrial working experience
·
1 to 2 years of work experience on Shipbuilding MCAD is a requirement, CADDS5 experience is advantage
·
User level with basic administration knowledge on Unix/Windows and network
·
Experience installing, creating and configuring Oracle databases
·
Knowledge of
C programming
·
Troubleshooting skills of web-based application

Strong written and verbal communication skills
·
Strong customer handling experience
with customer-focus
·
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to provide creative solutions
·
Prioritization & self-motivated
·
Ability to quickly master new products and technologies
Languages
·
English (Business Level), CET6 or above
