Subordinate: Site Heads of various production sites

Responsibilities and Duties:
工作职责：
1. Manage and supervise the site teams’ performance, monitor the site production progress and development, ensure the ships are constructed according to schedule and budget.
管理和督促现场经理和现场团队的表现，监视现场进度和发展，保证新造船的进度和预算得到有效控制和实行
2. Provide all relevant support, information and resources to site managers and site teams so the ships will be built and delivered in compliance with the contractual Specification and delivery dates.
为项目经理及其现场团队提供所有相关支持、信息和资源从而确保船舶根据合同约定的规格和交船日期建造并交船
3. Assure Site Managers and site teams are established onsite accordingly organized with relevant procedures including company QA procedures in order for them to fulfill their duties.
确保根据相关流程，包括公司的安全保障流程建立并组织现场经理及现场团队使其完成其工作职责
4. Motivate and encourage the Site Managers, the site team staff to achieve the goal that the ships are constructed as specified without any additional cost for the Owner and delivery as per the terms of the Shipbuilding contract.
促动并鼓励现场经理及现场团队达成相关目标，即根据要求建造船舶，不会对船东造成额外的费用，并根据造船合同的条款交船
5. Follow up on progress according to production schedule and contract, and report deviations from the building schedule, coordinate the production activities crossing various sites.
根据建造时间表及合同跟进建造进程，报告与建造时间表不相符合的现象
6. Assure all necessary data, information and experience are shared and communicated among different sites and site teams.
确保所有必要的数据、信息及经验能够在现场经理及现场团队间分享传达
7. Lead and supervise the Site Managers and site teams with respect of progress, budget, staff, quality.
在进度、预算、人员和质量等方面引导并监督现场经理及现场团队
8. Maintain good and open relationships with shipyard, contractors and Class
与船厂，分包商和船级社维持良好关系
Qualifications & Requirements:
任职资格及要求:
- Fluent in English and Chinese - oral and written
书面及口头英汉语流利
- Marine technical education- Master or Bachelor Degree, Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering
海运技术方面教育背景-造船工程或轮机工程硕士或学士学位
- Proven Professional experience with technical management positions and site management
可证明的技术管理职位专业经验
- Familiar with design processes within design institutes as well as yards
熟悉设计院及船厂的设计流程
- Management skills, reporting skills
管理及报告技能
- Excellent execution ability, may work effectively and efficiently under high pressure
