To ensure that raw materials and products that meets specific requirements at the optimum price and the most favorable terms.
To ensure that appropriate supply contracts are in place
To ensure that supply contracts are established for finished goods and any other items, goods or services not specifically included in the above
To maintain a purchasing department which operates in an honest manner and is above suspicion
To constantly strive to improve purchasing in all aspects including price, terms, quality, and speed and delivery time
To develop local suppliers for all our requirements
To develop and implement reporting systems that track and illustrate purchasing performance.
To train and develop the purchasing team to deliver the above
Ability to find equipment and material after just given the English name of it (ie: hydraulic steering ram, or daylight viewable computer screen | | 职位要求： | Requirement:

Degree or equivalent(shipyard background preferred)
Proven purchasing experience
Excellent negotiator
High integrity & disciplined
Has to clearly understand that their department is a support function
Yacht parts & equipment complete knowledge
2. Full understanding of all of Chinese import regulations as how they pertain to us later shipping them out as part of a yacht
3. Full understanding of Customs procedures
4. Full understanding of UFIDA
5. full understanding of computer softwares and networking so that we can develop a drop down menu to select parts and materials to be used on a yacht that we are bidding on

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree in interior design or architectural, interior engineer.
2.above 5 years experience in this field, experience in luxury yacht industry is a plus
3.Proficiency in AutoCAD or related application software, know well of construction drawing in complete set.
4.Familiar with drawing application software such as Sketch Up, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
5.favorable hand painted skill
6.Bring with your work to interview
7.Favorable capability in English listening, speaking and writing.
8.Good awareness of teamwork, be conscientious and good working attitude, possess a certain level of organizing capacity.
