现因公司业务拓展需要，特诚聘船舶压载水管理系统销售经理。
船舶压载水销售经理（Sales Manager for Senza BWMS）
- 招聘人数：1-2名
- 工作经验：3年以上
- 学历要求：本科及以上
- 年龄要求：40岁以下
- 语言要求：英语
To develop the market in China with our competitive Senza BWMS and provide better service to our customer and shipyard;

Responsibilities :
- Lead the generation and development of business plan and convert business cases into sales;
- Identify new opportunities and generate actionable sales leads;
- Generate an appropriate response to market demands;
- Focus on expanding market share and optimizing all commercial opportunity for TeamTec BWTS in selected areas for both new building and retrofit projects;
- Arrange customer visits, meetings and interactions with customers and potential customers as relevant;
- Maintain and share market and product information for optimum development of each business case and the market in general;
- Develop quotes and sales plans in close collaboration with TeamTec head office;
- Use CRM systems and corporate tools in a consistent and qualitative manner, to support the sales process and manage all data in the best interest of TeamTec.
Competencies and skills :
- University degree or similar in maritime engineering;
- Deep understanding of business decision making process at all relevant stakeholders, especially ship yards, ship owners, ship managers, design engineering companies. Knowledge and understanding related to regulators, and classification companies etc. is an extra asset;
- +3 years working experience in marine related area;
- Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin;
- Good command of PC tools, Microsoft Office and similar;
- Excellent cross cultural awareness and understanding of Chinese as well as European business practice.

- Self driven, goal oriented;
- Trustworthy and dynamic personality with good negotiating skills;
- Organized working style and appearance;
- Attention to detail as well as ability to maintain good general overview and make priorities；
- Service minded and customer oriented；
- The position will require frequent travelling in China.
