HES (Herbert Engineering Shanghai Co., Ltd.) is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise established on July 2004. It is the sub company of HEC (Herbert Engineering Corp.) in USA. We offer advanced analysis services to Chinese shipbuilding industry, and provide full service and sales support for Herbert-ABS Software Solutions Inc. We focus on support for HEC design services, especially those with construction opportunities in China. And we will provide local liaison to the shipyards and design firms interested in engaging the advanced analysis capabilities for HEC.
