主要职责:
- 计划、拓展、管理、协调并支持指定区域的船舶漆涂料的经销商业务,定期拜访客户、做市场分析、提出建议并组织相关培训以确保发展指定市场并保持盈利,来实现公司战略与预算;
- 与公司内部各部门协调以跟进经销商签订的项目合同;
- 与经销商及相关市场发展业务关系,提供咨询与联络,处理争议与投诉,以加强公司形象及在行业中领先市场地位;
- 负责经销商现场服务的技术支持,经常去现场勘验,收集并制作技术报告。
职位要求:
- 大专或以上学历,船舶与海洋、化学工程、或防腐等相关专业;
- 至少两年船舶漆涂料的销售经验,并有现场技术服务背景;
- 以客户服务与关系为导向,具有商业意识及分析解决问题能力;
- 英语好, 且计算机使用熟练;
Responsibility:
- Plan, develop, manage, coordinate, support the dealers in the defined areas by regular visiting, marketing analysis, making suggestion, collection, organising training course, etc. to ensure the specified market will be developed and profitable, to achieve the company’s strategy & budget.
- Follow up the projects which are contracted by dealers by proper coordination with various departments of the company.
- Develop business relationships with the dealers and their market by consulting, frequent contacting, handling disputes & complaints to enhance our image and market position in the areas.
- Responsible for the technical support for dealer’s site service, give site inspection frequently, collect and make final technical the report.
Requirement:
- College or above degree, major in Chemical, Naval Architecture and Ocean Engineering, Anti-corrosion or relevant;
- Minimum two year working experiences in sales of paints or marine business with on-site Technical Service background;
- Customer service and relationship oriented with commercial awareness and problem solving ability;
- Good in English and computer skill.
