Position:
Receptionist / Admin Assistant
Job Description
Duties will include:
• Manage the reception
- Telephone call management, ensuring calls and enquiries are addressed
- Visitor management, receiving them in a warm and friendly manner
• Management of mails, courier and documentation
• Record, stamp and arrange for courier service for outgoing mails
• General housekeeping, manage pantry, printer supplies, purchase and control/ensure sufficient stationery and pantry supplies
• Manage and track stock movement of pantry, ensure supplies are inventoried, ordered, stocked and kept tidy at all times
• Coordinate office equipment maintenance, repair and replacement with third party vendors
• Make flight bookings and hotel reservations for travellers/visitors
• Provide general administrative support and any ad-hoc duties required for BCS and SG
What we are looking for:
• Minimum 2 years relevant work experience
• Bilingual in Mandarin and English (written & spoken)
• Fresh and dynamic team player
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and Meticulous
