招商局重工（江苏）有限公司注册资金2亿美元，占地2036亩，岸线长1725米。大型干船坞、船台共三座，船体和分段车间面积达20万平方米，拥有各类造船、海工专用配套设备。预计年生产能力达20个海工项目，年钢材消耗量30万吨，达产后年销售额超100亿元人民币。
China Merchant Heavy Industry (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd (CMHI) is wholly owned suBSIdiary of China Merchants Industry Holdings Company Limited, which is reorganized after China Merchants Group has singed an asset transfer deal with Jiangsu Haixin Heavy Industries to fully acquire the shipyard on December 4th, 2013. The company locates at Haimen econimic and technological development zone of Nantong, Jiangsu. Our core business includes the design, manufacture as well as the repair of marine engineering equipment (including module). We are the fastest growing company specialized for building marine engineering equipment and special engineering ship in China.
China Merchants Group (simplified as Merchants Bureau) is a large national enterprise group stationed in Hong Kong and its headquarter is also in Hong Kong. By the end of 2012, China Merchants Group has total assets of 392.083 billion yuan, net assets of 182.045 billion yuan, and total assets in management of 3.59 trillion yuan. In 2012, China Merchants Group maintained steady growth and its profitability reached a record high with the business income of 64.691 billion yuan, the total profit of 26.475 billion yuan, the regular profit of 24.582 billion yuan and the net profit of 21.48 billion yuan. The total profit ranked tenth among the central enterprises. CMHI has registered capital of 200 million, covers the area of 2036 mu and its coastline is 1025 meters. F type outfitting dock can provide four parking garages for ten ton bulk carrier. It also owns variety of specialty engineering equipments. The anticipated annual production capacity will be 20 ocean engineering project. The annual consumption of steel will be 0.3 million ton. And the annual sales will be up to 6 billion yuan.
