Offshore installation supply,Offshore installation anchor handling, towage and positioning,Offshore oil & gas production and storage terminal support,Personnel transport,Assistance, salvage and pollution remediation.Bourbon Subsea Services provides:
Offshore operati** engineering, supervision and management,Offshore field and wind farm development support,Subsea Inspection, Maintenance and Repair (IMR)
Work Location: Zhejiang Shipyard
1.Assist to control the site vehicles utilization, including vehicle dispatching, running cost control and approval, vehicle maintenance;
2.Daily bookkeeping, Invoices and receipt recording; Prepare the expense report to head office
3.Management of reimbursement according to the Financial Regulation on site.
4.In charge of all the accommodation, hotel, house rent, visa and logistics....etc
5.Site consumables sourcing, issue the purchasing requirement of labor supplies and in charge of the dispatching;
6.Assist to do holiday statistics for shipyard people, with monthly report ; Record the travel dates and the personnel movements (including all expats)
7.Documents collection and prepration for employment and unemployment documents
Skill & Languages:
University degree, fluent English speaking/writing
Major in Business Adminsitration, Human Resourcem or related...
3 Years working expeirence
High responsibility, attention to detail.
