Our regional office in Singapore is invitingdynamic individuals for the following challenging position.

ADMIN SECRETARY FOR MARKETING ANDPROJECT

Responsibilities:
-
To identify and liaisewith potential clients including following up
-
To assist in planningand executing marketing plan, meeting and co-ordination
-
To provide proactive andadministrative support to management
-
Co-ordinate projectexecution, document control and accounts.

Requirements:
-
Preferably diploma andabove
-
Min. 3 years experience in marketing or project and withbasic accounting knowledge
-
Pleasant, independent,self-motivated, spontaneous and responsible
-
Organized, keen and fastlearner with a positive attitude and teamwork
-
Proficiency with MSoffice including MS project/access
-
Experience in theoffshore and marine industry will be an advantage
-
Based in Singapore andwilling to travel to meet clients in the Far East
