I have a Malay friend in Malaysia who is looking for Structure(Oil & Gas) Engineer from China
who is good in Structural Analysis Computer Software (SACS)
Basically he is looking for structure engineer in 3 categories.
1. Structure engineer who is able to do miscellaneous stucture design and calcuklation using
simple spreadsheet.
2. Structure engineer who is able to do jacket design using SACS
3. Structure engineer who has both capabilities above.
