诚聘 销售经理 Sales Manager
Main Responsibility
1.Responsible for collecting shipyard news,business information. Establish maintain and develop business and social relationships with customers/shipbuilders and shipowners.
2.Make project pland and budget,adequately handle with commercial proposals/negotiations and conduct quotation &contract, payment collection.
3.Support Project Manager, follow up projects, solve problems and keep projects running well.
4.Establish, optimize and manage commercial distribution to achieve sales target
5.Report to Sales Director and General Manager about sales plan/objectives and strategy. Job Requirement
1.Good English, both in speaking and writting.
2.College degree or above in Mechanical, Technical, Shipbuilding, Electrical Engineering and Commercial or relative working background.+5 years working experience.
3.Good negociation skill and sales experence
4.Experence in shipbuilding industry and an good relationship/access to China shipyards is highly welcomed
5.Honest, loyal, sincerely and competent
6.Willing to travel in China, being trained in Norway
7.Strong communication skills,professional attitude and good project sales skill
8.Ningbo region
9.Knowlege of AutoCAD and office software
10.Age +30, male or female
工作职责：
1. 负责搜集造船行业动态，市场信息，寻找、发展及联系客户/造船厂和船东，维护良好关系；
2. 制定项目计划及预算，并进行相关投标/报价、谈判、款项回收等商务工作；
3. 配合项目经理，跟进项目的进程，解决项目的争端，保证项目顺畅进行
4. 能管理和领导销售团队，实现销售计划
5. 协助国外营销总监、总经理开展市场和业务工作
任职要求：
1. 英语听说、读写良好
2. 机械、设计、造船、电气、品控、营销学历或行业背景，5年以上工作经历
3. 有一定的谈判能力，有销售经验优先
4. 有造船厂工作经验，尤其与华东地区船厂关系密切者优先
5. 吃苦耐劳，身体健康，能适应经常出差，愿意接受公司培训(挪威)
6. 具有高度的责任心，优秀的合作能力，推进能力和执行力
7. 有良好的沟通能力、具有合作精神和专业精神，工作积极主动勤奋进取
8. 宁波地区人优先 9. 看懂AutoCAD图优先
10. 年龄30岁以上，男女不限
薪金待遇：
根据水平 待遇5000-20000人民币/月，享受公司优厚的福利待遇和出差补助。
