Project Manager (Yantai, Shandong)
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for offshore project planning, execution and planning
• Monitor closely on project progress status to ensure all milestones are met timely
• Liaise with various departments to ensure smooth project execution, from engineering, equipments delivery, production till commissioning stage
• To liaise with owner, subcontractors and Class during project implementation stage
• Lead & direct cross functional teams to deliver projects within constrains of schedules, budgets and resources
• Prepare and present project progress reports and cash flow reports
Requirements:
• Degree in any Engineering disciplines
• Min 3-5 years experience in Marine or Offshore Project Management
• Strong planning, organizing and project management skills
• Full understanding in both the business & technical aspect of the projects
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Able to communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to interact with people of all levels

Finance Manager – Costing (Yantai, Shandong)
Responsibilities:
• Lead costing team to perform offshore projects’ costing
• Work closely with various departments and Singapore office for costing related matters
• Project progress reports tracking and verification for costing monitoring
Requirements:
• Certified Accountant, those from marine / offshore industry preferred
• Min 3-5 years experience in Marine or Offshore Project Costing
• Sound knowledge in marine or offshore industry
• Good knowledge in various ship construction stages, with good exposure in cost accounting method
• Full understanding in both the project lifecycle & technical aspect of the projects
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Able to communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to interact with people of all levels

• Responsible for Company taxation planning and management
• Audit and verify on taxation related accounting, also responsible for tax rebates for exports activities
• Ensure Company’s taxation practice is compliance with the latest statutory regulations change
• Provide short term and long term taxation planning strategies
• Liaise with taxation office for taxation matters
Requirements:
• Certified Accountant, those from Yantai / Shandong area preferred
• Min 3-5 years experience in Taxation planning and management
• Familiar with local taxation authority requirements and practice
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
