FairPlay Engineering B.V. is an international company which is located in Netherlands. It has two branch office in Hongkong China & Chengdu China.

Our customer is a Dutch company specializing in offshore constructions.
They intend to expand their fleet with a new vessel which will be one of the largest offshore construction vessels in the world, it comprises of:

- J-lay deep water pipe laying facility

- Cranes for offshore platform construction

- Accommodation for hundreds of workers.

The basic engineering is presently in progress and detailed engineering will start in January 2009. From 2010 onwards the ship will be built by one of the large Chinese shipyards.
Completion is expected in 2012.

The candidate planner will form a bridge for Chinese and European activities for this project and possibly for subsequent projects.
We are looking for candidates who are motivated to bring this project to a good finish.

Now we are looking for a marine "Primavera project planner" very urgent for the largest shipping project in the world:

Job reqirements:

-Good technology with ship building, piping , crane and shipping hotel.

-Familar with basic & detail design, procurement,shipping fabrication.

-10 years Experience with Shipbuilding, preferably for the offshore industry.

-Good knowledge and experience with Primavera project planner.

-Good Chinese and English speaking, writing and comprehensive.

-Willness for new challenge, become a bridge for Netherlands and China in the future.

Working Place:

First one year in Netherlands, whereafter will work in China as owner representative.

Salary:

Base on European market and labour law. It will fixed after negotiation.

很难找，要求太高。
1。要懂船舶建造，管路，吊机，上层建筑，基本设计和详细设计。
2。懂采购，船舶制造。
3。10年的海洋工程经验。
4。懂P3。
5。懂英语。

懂得上面所有知识的人的很少。

不是要求全部精通啊,是要懂得设计建造的过程,这样才能安排好计划啊.

合同和哪个公司签啊，是和FAIRPLAYING还是和你们客户签合同。
权益有保障吗？
不过要求也太高了。

Contract will be signed with Fairplay in Netherlands. All the rights will be protected by Dutch law. All of your rights is same as Dutch except election right. This is the newest High Immigration Law of Dutch. And you can apply 30% rules. That means 30% of you salary is tax free.
