1. 本科，船体专业

2. 四年以上船体监造经验

3. 英语口语流利，能够无障碍和外国船东沟通

i am a assistant manager in a shipyard ship building dept.
i know well about the building and inspection for hull,welding,painting becaucse i have worked in shipyard for more than 10 yeas,
but no univercity certificate,
i can handle not only English ,but also computer practise.
