After sales service for delivered vessels by STX Dalian Shipbuilding Co.,Ltd.

Job description

Providing qualified service for newly built vessels according to shipbuilding contracts. Our daily job is mainly about contacting with person & party concerned to expedite solutions to meet ship owner’s satisfaction maximally.

Job requirements

1. CET 4 or CET 6, have a good command in English.

2. Majored in Navigation & Marine Engineering & Maritime Transportation & ship repairing.

3. With excellent communication skills. Be capable of working under certain pressures.

4. Besides of English which is the most essential skill, we prefer candidates who can speak fluent Koreans and have experiences as ship crews.

1. Wage : according to the company regulation

请详细看广告，有意者投简历，stx marine service 不是STX Dalian shipbuilding
是两个公司，但是我们在STX Dalian shipbuilding 办公。

具体说明一下，这个招聘公司是STX MARINE SERVICE,在韩国是有注册的，面试是由STX MARINE SERVIE 的领导直接面试，不要弄混了，不要去麻烦STX 大连船厂。
招聘人数2~3人。

我只是代替领导发的，并不是什么人事代理公司，有意者弄清楚了直接投简历到邮箱。

谢谢大家的支持，我是个新船人，听领导说收到5份简历了，但是申请的是设计和建造职位，描述一下，招聘的是做售后服务的职位，给已经交的船在担保期内和船东，生产商联系，解决担保期内发生的质量问题。
具体情况自己参加面试时具体了解。
小弟也是个打工的。

这个职位好像是船厂的职位，是商务或者物资在交船后一年服务器内船舶出现问题时，船厂该去解决的工作，不过要求挺高的。。。

我知道了，我就是干这个的...每天从船东机务那里发来的guarantee claim，然后根据具体的情况联系生产厂家派服务工程师在船靠港时候去解决，不过如果是船厂本身的责任就比较棘手，国外不好修，一般让船东自己修，一年满了以后和他谈最后结算....不过不知道你们STX是不是也是这样，你们好像是为全球的所有STX做售后，那么要出国吗？
