5. 生产工艺主管Production Process Supervisor 1人
Responsibilities:
-To manage the activities of production process team
-To set the objectives for the team
-To create all the needed manufacturing processes in QMD to produce the engines parts
-To promote new ideas, improvement, new techniques
-To ensure an efficient way of working and a good flow in the factory
-To reduce the lead time and defects on parts
Requirements:
-Bachelor of Mechanical or Production Engineering
-Working experience in production process; good knowledge about the machining, casting, welding and assembly process in production methods with at least 3 years in supervisor position
-Knowledge in heavy industry, understands manufacturing of bigger parts
-Proficient computer skills in operating ERP system
-Good command of spoken and written English is a must
重点要求：懂大型机械部件装配，大概了解机加工，焊接，有管理团队的经验或能力，下设７个工程师，装配/焊接/机加工各２人，及铸造工程师１人。
6. 装配工程师 Assembly Engineer 2人
Responsibilities:
-To develop the process for the engine assembly and work out the technology file
-To ensure a continuous improvement of productivity effect
-To prepare and manage the tooling for assembly workshop
-To solve the problems in assembly workshop to ensure the production proceeding normally
Requirements:
-Bachelor of Mechanical
-3 years work experiences in Mechanical assembly; diesel experience is preferred
-Experienced in the newest production methods
-Proficient computer skills in operating office and AutoCAD, etc.
-Good command of spoken and written English
-Can work over time at the beginning of the production
重点要求：懂大型机械部件装配，负责制作装配工艺及工装夹具设计。
7. 焊接工程师 Welding Engineer 2人
工作职责:
-制定工艺，编制焊接工艺文件
-为焊接车间设定标准作业时间
-完善工艺，持续提高生产效率
-准备、管理焊接车间的焊接、反变形工装等
-解决生产过程当中出现的技术问题，保证生产的顺利进行
-根据授权方的规范建立产品质量标准
任职要求:
-焊接专业本科学历
-三年以上相关产品工作经验，熟悉先进生产方法，具备数控操作知识
-熟练的电脑操作水平，如office，AutoCAD等；良好的英文听说读写能力
-持有国际焊接工程师证书（IWE）
要求：大型机械，锅炉，压力容器或船舶等行业，焊接工程师工作经验，无IWE证的可以由公司资助考取。 |
