Requirement：
1.Degree in Engineering / Diploma in engineering or related discipline
2.3+ years supervisory experience in welding related work
3.Familiar with internationals standards such as AWS, APO, ASME, ASTM and etc.
4.osses welding inspection certificate from internationally recognized bodies such as
AWS, CSWIP, API & etc.
5.osses NDT inspection certificate such as ASNT Level II or CSWIP 3.4 for FT film
interpretations
Key Scope / Responsibility：
1.repare and qualify Welding Procedure Specification
2.Train and qualify welders
3.Review existing welding processes and methodologies
4.Review and set competitive productivity indicators for welders
Appointment：Industrial / Process Engineers x 6(2 – Hull)(2 – Marine)(1 – Elect)(1 GF)
Requirement:
1.Degree / Diploma in Engineering / Mechatronics / Production and Manufacturing
Engineering / Engineering Management
2.3+ years experience ( for degree holders) and 5+ years (for Diploma holders) in
production/manufacturing environment / production planning function, preferably in the
marine / steel fabrication industry
3.Knowledge in process mapping tools and methodology to work on a variety of challenging
projects ranging from continuous improvement projects to support current manufacturing
operations, as well as contribute on the new development of new processes.
Key Scope/ Responsibility:
1.Document, review and enhance capability and reliability of existing manufacturing
processes
2.Compile data, analyze and recommend continuous / break-through improvement through the
use of machinery and tools
3.Review and set competitive productivity indicators
4.Plan and coordinate the set-up and implementation of new manufacturing processes
5.Conduct training for new engineering staff before their deployment
6.Provide technical assistance to resolve production problems
