-船舶部件的焊接维修
-需要出差，提供客户服务

职位：Service Manager
Responsibilities:
-Work closely with VP, Services to define Wartsila SHG Services Station goals and strategies and implement them to meet the development need of the service station, in terms of technical and economical result, customer satisfaction, competence, etc.
-Communicate with Ship Yard to find out project opportunities that Wartsila can involve in the fields of Engine Services, Automation Services, Afloat Repairs, Propulsion Services, Reconditioning Services and Spare Parts sales
-Supervise and monitor the operation and implement quality, environment, health and safety system in the station
-Conduct business control in an effective manner
-Manage the personnel issue of the station.
-Handle organization and competence development
-Handle customer complaints
Requirments:
-At least 10 years of experience in a ship yard, dry docks and marine engineering in a leading position, good at handling ship owner, ship yard and Class, Team player with good communication skills and ability to drive a unit independently
-A hands-on technical leader with adequate management skills Ideally, presently working as Project Manager or similar position
-Experience in leading and coordinating ship repairing superintendants and engineers and overseeing their performances
-Professional knowledge in ship building / repairing / commissioning sector
-Ability to adhere to tight deadlines and able to work under pressure
-Good competency in English, written and oral
-Readiness to travel
